Machine Fairy made much of this outfit herself. Her Carebears shirt was too large in the waist so she cut the back in horizontal stripes and then in half so she could make the knots. Then she cut the neck out wider so it would slope down her shoulder and added some holes for accent (really cute idea!). The whole t-shirt reconstruction was completely no-sew, all done with scissors! Machine Fairy also made the silver skirt she is wearing.
